We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated commercial roofing estimator. Position Overview: As a commercial roofing estimator you will play a crucial role in our operations by assessing roofs, preparing accurate estimates, proposals and driving sales through exceptional customer service. Your expertise will help clients make informed decisions about their roofing projects, ensuring they receive the best solutions tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct on-site inspections to asses roofing conditions and determine project requirements. * Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimate for roofing projects, including materials, labor and other costs. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. * Present the proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. * Collaborate with project managers and roofing crews to ensure smooth project execution. * Stay updated with the Florida Building Code changes. Qualifications: * Proven experience in roofing estimating and sales for commercial roofing. * Strong understanding of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Detail oriented with strong analytical skills for accurate estimating. * Proficient using Word and Excel. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
