As a Roadway Engineer at our firm, you will play a vital role in executing civil engineering projects from conception to completion. This position is integral to our mission of providing exceptional consulting services while fostering sustainable development. Responsibilities Oversee the entire project lifecycle. Manage projects to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. Utilize Auto CAD Civil 3D software to create detailed designs and blueprints for construction projects. Use GIS technology to analyze and visualize data, helping to make informed decisions about project scope and feasibility. Prepare and review technical documents, such as project proposals and construction reports. Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the project. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Design and implement systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of projects. Collaborate with project engineers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality. Participate in project management and ensure that all projects are properly planned, executed, and monitored. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. At least 5 years of experience in project engineering and project management. Proficiency in Auto CAD Civil 3D software, GIS technology, and technical writing. Strong knowledge of transportation planning and civil engineering principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Demonstrated ability in project oversight, project scheduling, and system design.
