AutoCAD Drafter in Mineral Wells,TX,US

Create general arrangement and fabrication drawings for ASME vessel fabrication and production equipment packaging based on customer specifications and Compress calculations, including BOM and specifications. Produce detailed P&ID, piping, isometric, structural steel drawings based on project requirements under the direction of Engineers Work closely with CAD Administrator, Engineers and Quality Control personnel to assemble technical drawing packages Creating, reviewing, and updating required submittal documentation for all technical document packages Work with internal and external customers and vendors to ensure all drawings and submittal packages are accurate and complete per requested design criteria Maintain records and revision history; including the release and update of all engineering documents, work instruction and other paper or electronic documents. Qualifications: Proficient in AutoCAD and drafting techniques 2 years of ASME codes and standards required Familiarity with mechanical design and 2D animation Ability to create detailed schematics and construction drawings Knowledge of additional software like SolidWorks, Excel, Outlook is a plus Knowledge of Codeware Compress required Minimum CAD Associate Degree or 2 years of experience in pressure vessel CAD Design Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8-hour shift Experience: AutoCad: 2 years (Required) Code Compress: 1 year (Required) ASME codes & standards: 2 years (Required)
