Civil Structural Engineer Position requirements are for Civil Engineer with 5-10 years of experience working on PADOT projects. Pennsylvania P.E. license is a plus. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Develop project plans, specifications, cost estimates and final bid packages. 5+ years of bridge design and analysis. Working knowledge of AASHTO LRFD design specifications. Certified Bridge Safety Inspector (CBSI) a plus.
