Maintenance/Electrical Supervisor Job Description As an Electrical Supervisor, you will assist the Panel Shop Manager in overseeing multiple concurrent panel shop projects and personnel. Your role is crucial in ensuring that projects meet their objectives related to quality, schedule, budget, spec compliance, and technology. Responsibilities Maintain supervision of the shop and ensure a productive workflow. Assist the Manager, QA, and hardware design teams with issues and concerns. Fabricate and wire control panels to meet quality standards. Develop methods to improve key performance indicators (KPIs). Review and approve work to ensure quality compliance. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations Proficient in electrical blueprint reading and interpretation. Strong computer skills with knowledge of how panels function. Experience in troubleshooting and mechanical operations. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in the manufacturing industry.
