ABOUT THE JOB:

The primary responsibility of this position is to operate the Coring Machine, making sure the machine is properly maintained and quality products are being produced.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable amodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Use and read a tape measure accurately

Laying out holes for coring

Run chop saw

Place rebar for floor

Proper use of hand tools

Read CAD drawings

Read label and install proper boots and bands

Read Titan drawings

Place troughing for pouring

Check manhole for proper placement of holes

Operation of coring machine

Complete understanding of Titan drawings

Perform preventive maintenance as required on coring machine

Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is necessary in order to perform the essential functions of this position.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

Past experience working with hand tools, saws, air tools, grinders.

Experience working with concrete would be preferred, but not required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
