Qualifications and responsibilities for this Heavy Equipment Operator position include: Minimum of 10 years of experience operating excavators, particularly Caterpillar equipment Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) or comfortable in a bilingual work environment Operate heavy equipment to demolish buildings and structures according to safety standards Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues Ensure all work is done in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies Work Monday through Friday from 7 AM - 4 PM, with regular overtime paid at time-and-a-half Be reliable, punctual, and physically fit to handle a labor-intensive role Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
