HVAC Service Technician Job Description As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing commercial buildings primarily in the 7 cities area. Your expertise will be utilized in storefronts and other commercial facilities, ensuring efficient and effective HVAC operations. Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair tasks on commercial HVAC systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment. Ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems in various commercial settings. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to deliver high-quality service. Essential Skills 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service. Mechanical skills necessary for HVAC maintenance and repair. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in residential HVAC work is considered if willing to transition to commercial. Apprenticeship training and certifications are available. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesapeake, Virginia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
