Need Licensed Roofer To Pull Permit

un NEED LICENSED ROOFER TO PULL PERMIT (Sumter County) compensation: 500 I did my roof 3 years ago as a home owner builder but never applied for permit. Now I am trying to get home owners insurance and they want to see a permit. Town said they will issue a permit for twice permit fee accompanied by an Engineers onsite inspection letter verifying the roof was done to code. I have had it inspected and a stamped letter from the engineer that the roof is good. I just need a licensed roofer that can submit for the permit through the portal and attach the engineers inspection letter. Town said they would issue the permit to me as a home owner builder but I cant appear in person to sign the permit as im out of state until November.
