Welder Job Description Join our team as a skilled Welder, where you will be responsible for welding metal parts together according to specifications and prints. Utilize MIG welding techniques and adjust equipment based on the type and gauge of material to be welded. Follow drawings for welding position and specifications to ensure precision in your work. Responsibilities Weld metal parts together per print specifications. Perform spot welding as required. Adjust welding equipment based on type and gauge of material. Follow drawings for welding position and weld specifications. Essential Skills Proficiency in welding and MIG welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience in metal fabrication. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to assemble and weld metal parts in production using welding equipment. Work Environment Enjoy a structured work environment with options for shifts. Choose between the 1st shift, working Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, or the 2nd shift, working Monday through Thursday from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
