Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include: 12-20 years of experience managing multifamily mid-rise and high-rise residential architecture projects Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree (4- or 5-year programs accepted) Proficient in Revit, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project Schedule Manage multiple projects and teams from conception through construction and completion Lead coordination with clients, consultants, staff, and agencies; prepare proposals, budgets, contracts, and schedules Responsible for project quality, schedule, budget performance, and construction administration Supervise and mentor Designers and Junior Architects while ensuring code compliance and creative architectural solutions LEED Accreditation and experience with sustainable design are a plus Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. 12-20 years of experience managing multifamily mid-rise and high-rise residential architecture projects
