Test Operator Job Description Join a world-leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of access equipment as a Test Operator. Engage in the testing of innovative lift equipment on an outdoor track, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities Test lift equipment on the outdoor track. Dress appropriately for various weather conditions, including hot, cold, rain, or snow. Perform mandatory six-day work weeks when work is available. Ensure free of depth perception issues that cannot be corrected by glasses. Operate machinery such as forklifts, skid steers, bulldozers, and more. Load equipment on a tower at a height of 52 feet. Maintain a mechanically sound operation, including checking oil levels and changing tires. Essential Skills Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment. Mechanically sound with basic maintenance skills. Experience in operating forklifts, skid steers, bulldozers, and other construction equipment. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. High School Diploma or GED. Cannot be afraid of heights. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience from landscape companies or farms operating equipment is considered. Free of depth perception issues that are not correctable by wearing glasses. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Orrville, Ohio. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
