Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include: Licensed Architect with a 5-year Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree 5-10 years of architectural experience, ideally with multifamily or hospitality projects Lead the technical execution and documentation of design concepts within budget and schedule Prepare contract documents, coordinate with consultants, and manage client meetings Proficient in SketchUp, Revit/BIM, and preferably Photoshop Submit plans for TDLR and TAS approval and manage construction phase services Possess strong design, graphic, and presentation skills with knowledge of building codes Understand Sustainable Design principles and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
