Key Responsibilities: Perform HVAC installations with precision and attention to detail. Analyze and interpret data independently to enhance knowledge and performance. Maintain a methodical approach to work while adapting to changing goals or deadlines. Work long hours, handling frequent disruptions, while maintaining high mental stamina and productivity. Requirements: Proven HVAC installation experience. Be able to solder and wire systems. Strong analytical skills and a desire for continuous improvement. Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines effectively. High level of stamina and resilience for long hours and frequent disruptions. Be able to replace compressors, coils, full systems and ductwork as needed.
