Plumber Job Description As a Plumber, you will play a vital role in assembling and installing plumbing lines within units. You will be responsible for installing new equipment and plumbing systems, as well as related drainage systems. The role may require you to perform repairs on existing units and engage in brazing large copper pipes ranging from 4 to 6 inches. Responsibilities Assist in the assembly and installation of plumbing lines within units. Install new equipment and plumbing systems, including drainage systems. Perform repairs on existing plumbing units as needed. Brazing large copper pipes, ranging from 4 to 6 inches. Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics. Essential Skills Proficiency in plumbing and related systems. Experience in brazing and working with copper pipes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills and capability to work independently and collaboratively. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in electrical systems preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in plumbing. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, Arizona. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
