An exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a rapidly growing main contractor, with real scope for career development, progression, and the chance to shape the future of a thriving construction group.

Are you an experienced Estimator with main contracting experience? Do you want to work for a company that supports its people with further development, investment, and career progression?

This well-established, multi-disciplinary construction group has grown rapidly over the past 15+ years, reaching a turnover of circa 85m. Their main contracting division specialises in social housing and housing association frameworks valued between 5m and 20m. With a collaborative, close-knit culture that prioritises CPD, development, and progression. Due to some ambitious growth plans, they're now looking to appoint a Chief Estimator to join the team.

In this role, you'll produce accurate estimates for projects valued between 5m-20m, working closely with the General Manager, Quantity Surveyors, and project teams. You'll support the growth of the estimating function while managing multiple projects in a hybrid working model, with a regular presence at the head office in Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Senior or Chief Estimator within a main contracting environment. You'll be ambitious, driven, and eager to progress your career within a growing business. For the right person, relocation support to Dublin, Republic of Ireland is available.

The Role:

Produce accurate estimates for social housing schemes between 5m-20m

Collaborate well with the commercial team, other departments, and clients

Support growth and development of the estimating function

Manage multiple projects within a hybrid working model, with regular days in the Dublin head office

The Candidate:

Experienced Estimator who has worked in a main contractor environment

Strong attention to detail with a "right first time" approach

Collaborative and hands-on, with a can-do attitude

Eligible to work in Ireland (British/EU citizens preferred; work permits available)
