un Drywall and Painting Subcontractors compensation: As Negotiated We are a private and very reputable construction consultant company with a lengthy backlog of upcoming residential and commercial projects throughout the Minneapolis area. We are currently looking for hardworking, honest, and reliable and subcontractors to complete upcoming work scheduled to begin mid-june. This work has already been negotiated and permitting is underway. Work will be gradually awarded to the subcontractors that do a good job in regards to quality, meeting and/or exceeding the demands of the schedule, and satisfying the owner. At the moment, we have a 206 home community that will be built in phases and on a continual basis. Multiple crews would be great but we will not hire subcontractors that wish to sub-tier the work out. Only subcontractors with their own crews will be taken into consideration and verified. For residential projects we are looking for solid crews that perform the following scopes of work: Drywall hanging, taping, finishing (All level finishes including textured finishes on walls and ceilings, if required) Interior and Exterior Painting We have been awarded a few large commercial contracts ranging from $2.3 mil - $3.5 mil in value. We are looking to win more within the next few months, so for the crews that make the project effortless, more work will be awarded. The first project is scheduled to startup in August and we are looking for solid crews to perform the following scopes of work: Metal stud framing Drywall hanging, taping, and finshing, Interior and exterior paint All subcontractors must be insured.
