Welder Location: Bedford, OH Shift: 2nd (3:30 pm to 11:30 pm Monday through Thursday with OT on Friday as needed) Salary: $22 to $26 based on experience and weld test with a $1 shift differential We are seeking a skilled and reliable *Welder* with experience in *MIG, TIG, and Aluminum welding* to join our 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components to high-quality standards while maintaining safety and productivity. Job description: * Perform *MIG and TIG welding* on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components * Read and interpret *blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols* * Prepare materials and set up welding equipment based on specifications * Inspect welded surfaces for defects and ensure compliance with company and industry standards * Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing tasks as needed * Maintain clean and safe work area in compliance with safety policies * Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals Requirements * Minimum of *2 years' experience* in MIG, TIG, and Aluminum welding * Strong understanding of welding techniques, tools, and equipment * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings * Familiarity with welding safety standards and procedures * Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods * Welding certification(s) a plus but not required * Must have your own welding gear * High school diploma or GED * Ability to pass a preemployment screening Company Benefits include: * Medical, dental, & vision plans * 401k plan with match * Holiday Pay * Paid vacation Apply today for the next step in your career advancement. *Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
