GPAC is currently partnering with a well-established commercial roofing company based out of Birmingham AL area that is actively seeking to hire a Superintendent.
What's unique about this client is their proven success in transitioning professionals from broader construction backgrounds into key leadership roleseven without prior roofing experience. They value strong leadership, operational knowledge, and a drive to grow with a company that supports career development.
This role will focus on sites within north/central Alabama
Comp: $70k-$90k depending on experience
