Structural Engineering Division Manager Location: Woodstock, MD (serving the Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia region) Job Description: We are an employee-owned firm seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Structural Engineer to lead and grow our Structural Engineering Division based in Woodstock, MD . This role offers the opportunity to become a shareholder through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) , directly benefiting from the company's collective success. Our Structural Division provides forensic, civil, and structural engineering services for both new and existing buildings. We partner with architects, property owners, community managers, attorneys, and construction professionals. Services include structural design for new construction, renovations, building infrastructure upgrades, and forensic evaluations related to insurance claims or construction defects.
