MIG Welder - Leg Shop Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$19.00 /hour

Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30pm)

MIG weld aluminum frames for stackable carts and tables, following proper weld sequence

Use hand tools and equipment to complete welding tasks accurately and efficiently

Inspect welds and finished products for quality and precision

Assist other departments as needed to support production flow

Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols

MIG Welder - Leg Shop Qualifications:

Must be able to MIG weld aluminum and follow welding sequences accurately

Able to lift 40-50 pounds consistently in a fast-paced environment

Basic English reading and speaking skills required for safety and communication

No high school diploma or GED required

Must commit to at least 2 years due to extensive training investment and skill development

Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
