Company Description Our client is a small family owned hvac business that focuses on residential hvac repairs and installation of new equipment. They also repair and replace tank water heaters. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Installer and Service Technician located in Mishawaka, IN. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will assisting in hvac retro fit installs along with installing hvac systems on your own. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Troubleshooting skills EPA Certification Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance skills Relevant HVAC certifications/licenses Experience in HVAC installation and service Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team Excellent communication skills
