We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator / Bid Administrator to join our dynamic team. Role: Estimator / Bid Administrator Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in bid administration or estimating Responsibilities: Prepare and manage the complete bid process, including reviewing project specifications, drawings, and other documents Create/manage Material take-offs Develop accurate cost estimates by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure bid accuracy Submit bids in a timely manner, adhering to strict deadlines Track and follow up on submitted bids and proposals Maintain and update bid documentation and databases Provide support during the negotiation phase to secure contracts Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competitive landscape Qualities: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment Cognizant of deadlines and able to manage time efficiently Competitive mindset with a drive to succeed and win bids Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Compensation Package: Yearly bonus Schedule: Monday to Friday No nights No weekends Work Location: In person
