Assistant Construction Superintendent in Clarksville,IN,US

The Assistant Construction Superintendent is responsible for supporting our Superintendent on a daily basis through all aspects of multi-family building. You will be expected to monitor job sites, validate construction schedules, coordinate on-site inspections, and ensure all punch lists are complete so that our final product of the apartment units are top quality. Effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, crews, etc., is a must. Qualifications: Hardworking individual with a broad base of construction experience Multi-family building experience Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction Strong verbal and written communication skills Organized and attentive to detail Basic understanding of building plans and specifications Valid Driver's License Basic computer / tablet skills Bilingual is a plus Ability to kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, stretch, twist, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 80 pounds Basic knowledge in the following areas is helpful: Drywall Carpentry Paint Flooring Plumbing Electric Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday No nights No weekends Work Location: In person
