Rotating Shift - Millwright Mechanic

Millwright Mechanic**

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform 100% mechanical maintenance on industrial machinery.

+ Maintain and repair compressors, conveyors, palletizing equipment, belts, fans, blowers, pumps, furnaces, air compressors, and vacuum pumps.

+ Repair hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, valves, bearings, and secondary equipment.

+ Conduct minor welding and fabrication work.

+ Use manual mills and lathes to machine various parts.

+ Read and interpret blueprints.

+ Perform maintenance repairs using a scissor lift and on facility rooftops.

+ Carry out general preventative maintenance on equipment.

+ Utilize hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.

**Shift/Pay/Additional Information:**

+ Shift: Rotating Shift - 1st, then move to 2nd, then move to 3rd, back to 1st

+ Shift hours: A=7a to 3p. B = 3p to 11p. C = 11p to 7a.

+ Pay is $29.27. A new pay rate and various other perks are currently being discussed.

+ Will receive 1.5x after 8hrs each day and 2x after 12hrs. Will also receive 2x working Sundays

+ Will receive a .30 cents shift premium for 2nd shift and $.35 cents for 3rd shift. Weekly Pay

+ International Association of Machinist and Aerospace Workers - IAM Union

+ Paramount for insurance

+ Given a boot allowance and tool allowance

+ No forced OT

+ $350 a year allowance for tools

+ $125 for boots a year

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $60881.60 - $60881.60/yr.
