Construction Sales Coordinator

Our client is a quickly growing manufacturer servicing the building materials products industry. They manufacture and distribute a proprietary hold-down system for wood frame and masonry construction, as well as other related framing products. This position is responsible for the coordination of Multi-Family projects. This role will work closely with management, sales personnel, customers, estimators, engineers, designers, production and accounting personnel.

salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the post-sale relationship between QuickTie and its multi-family customers on a

job-by-job basis

• Communicate and coordinate with customers. For example:
• Sending introductory emails to customers.
• Responding to emails from customers and resolving issues expeditiously.
• Helping accounting maintain current A/R.
• Communicating tracking information on shipments.
• Keeping customer informed of ship dates.
• Create and maintain accurate records.
• Assisting team members hit their due dates.
• Participate in meetings to coordinate with design, purchasing and estimating to move projectsforward and set priorities for shipments.
• Prepare vendor purchase orders and quotes as necessary.
• Assist with contractual requirements such as change orders, insurance verification, lien releases andnotices to owners/contractors.
• Bookkeeping and general related projects such as filing, as necessary.
