All Around Construction, a family-owned and operated residential construction company in Belmar, NJ, is seeking a full-time Experienced Carpenter to join our team. Weve been in business for over 35 years and pride ourselves on craftsmanship, professionalism, and a tight-knit, family-oriented work culture.

Responsibilities:

Interior and exterior trim

Door and window installation

Railings, framing, kitchens, and deck construction

Ability to work independently and manage job site tasks

Communicate clearly with team and clients

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience

Valid drivers license

Strong attention to detail

Self-sufficient and reliable

Ability to read and work from plans a plus

Electrical, plumbing, and tile experience are a bonus

Compensation & Benefits:

$20$35/hour depending on experience and skill level

Work van provided for qualified candidates

PTO option available after 1 year
