Aerotek is hiring General Laborer for Steel Fabrication Shop

Location: Airway Heights, WA

Shifts:

+ Day Shift: 5 AM 3 PM (Monday Thursday)

+ Swing Shift: 3 PM 1:30 AM (Monday Thursday)

Job Responsibilities:

+ Lift and move steel plates (up to 75 lbs)

+ Read blueprints to assist with layout and assembly

+ Operate basic tools (grinders, tape measure, mag-based drill)

+ Perform prep work for welders, including removing rust and mill scale

+ Assist in tracking parts via software and ensure smooth workflow

+ Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided)

+ Organize and transport cut-to-size plates for machining

What Were Looking For:

+ Ability to lift 75 lbs comfortably

+ Experience in fabrication, grinding, or assembly preferred but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 $24.00/hr.
