Superintendent (Bridge/Roadway)

Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 5+ years

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on bridge and roadway projects. This includes new construction, demo/replacement, and rehabilitation/maintenance work. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and a background in heavy civil construction.

• Oversee daily job site operations, crew activities, and subcontractor coordination

• Ensure project schedule, safety, and quality standards are met

• Read and interpret project drawings and specifications

• Maintain accurate field reports and daily logs

• Work closely with project managers and inspectors to resolve field issues

• Enforce safety protocols and company policies

• 5+ years of experience in bridge and/or roadway construction supervision

• Strong knowledge of heavy civil equipment and construction techniques

• Ability to manage crews and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently

• OSHA certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
