Project Manager (Civil Construction)

Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (5+ years preferred)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage civil construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Manage civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews.

• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and inspectors to ensure project requirements are fulfilled.

• Prepare schedules, progress reports, and project documentation.

• Lead regular site meetings and resolve field issues as they arise.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Candidates should have hands-on project management experience in most or some of the following civil construction disciplines:

• Excavation and grading

• Installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm)

• Structural and flatwork concrete

• Roadway construction

• Wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) construction
