A top-tier, family-owned general contractor with a 75+ year track record is seeking a Safety Manager to support projects across education, healthcare, commercial, and industrial sectors . Known for integrity, operational excellence, and people-first values, this builder leads ground-up construction projects that impact communities nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and enforce jobsite safety programs across active construction sites
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and training sessions
Manage subcontractor safety compliance
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Partner with field teams to build and maintain a strong safety culture
Qualifications:
5+ years in construction safety, preferably with commercial ground-up projects
OSHA 30 required; CHST or CSP preferred
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and risk management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
