Position: Welder
Location: Suwanee, GA
Pay Rate: $20$21/hour
Schedule: Monday Saturday

• MondayFriday: 6:00 AM 2:45 PM

• Saturday (Mandatory OT): 5:00 AM 1:00 PM
  Assignment Type: Temp-to-Perm
  Shift: 1st Shift

We are currently hiring experienced Welders for a leading refrigeration equipment manufacturer in Suwanee, GA. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity on 1st shift with competitive pay and growth potential.

• Layout, fit, and assemble framework for refrigeration equipment

• Interpret and build framework from mechanical drawings and application legends

• Perform accurate measurements and cuts using tape measures, protractors, and dial calipers

• Execute welds on joints and seams using proper techniques

• Use various hand and power tools

• Perform setups and form parts per drawing specifications

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, 4I, LDMS, ACPs, RATs)

• Perform additional duties as needed

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to read and interpret application legends and mechanical drawings

• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills

• Ability to read a tape measure and use calipers/protractors

• Prior welding experience required

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Flexibility to work overtime based on production needs

• Forklift experience is a plus

• Standing/Walking: 810 hours

• Lifting/Carrying/Pushing/Pulling: Up to 50 lbs.

• Frequent: Bending, Squatting, Reaching, Climbing, Twisting

• Occasional: Crawling

• Full range of motion: Arms and Legs
