- Ensure that production schedules are met and that production targets are achieved within established timelines and quality standards
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, quality control, and production efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and identify any maintenance or repair needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a fabrication environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve common goals
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools, with a focus on lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Must have 5 years of experience in both press operation and laser operation
