Insight Global is looking for an experienced Maintenance I&E Superintendent to join an agriculture client in Geismar, LA. This role involves driving safety every day through leadership and direction to achieve the clients safety vision, Home Safe Everyday. The position leads the daily activities of the Instrument and Electrical Maintenance team, developing and managing work scopes for daily and weekly schedules, turnarounds, and routine outages. It also involves managing emergency work to mitigate plant vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with various requirements, including SIS testing, environmental analyzers, PMs, MOCs, and PSM corrective actions. Additionally, the role requires effective communication across site teams, participation in incident investigations, and managing cost targets such as yearly budgets, overtime, contract bids, and change order management.

Familiarity with related industry codes and standards including NFPA 70E, NFPA 70B, ISA 81, ISA 61511, and NETA is preferred
Analytical and controls systems experience preferred
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or chemical engineering (Mechanical engineering degree depending on exp)
7+ years of I&E Maintenance experience in petrochemical industry, refinery industry, or other related industry
3+ years of leadership experience
Ability to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card
