Job Summary and QualificationsWere seeking a Training Development Project Coordinator who thrives in an agile, highly collaborative environment where training meets strategy. This role works with training leadership and operations to coordinate special project plans and reports as needed using a variety of software and other tools.
In this remote position (travel 10% for annual events), youll coordinate and lead projects that support our enterprise training strategy across multiple clinical service lines. From managing cross-functional initiatives and analyzing training metrics, to creating polished presentations and ensuring project timelines stay on track your work will directly enable operational success and training excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plans, implements and oversees special projects to ensure the effective delivery of training services across all Lines of Business. In this capacity, uses and complies with project management and portfolio management standards, tools, and protocols.
- Trains on data process and creates presentations for monthly and quarterly report outs
- Leads strategic and tactical efforts within Clinical Services Group to support advancement of the enterprise Training strategy
- Develops reports to support Training Operations; measures the value of Training activities, contributions and results. Analyzes trends in Training Metrics; liaison to R&A team with reporting needs by service line and for enterprise.
- Coordinates core training meetings, agenda, minutes, and facilitates as necessary
- Provides system access and escalation support to training team
- Researches and analyzes learning and training trends and policies, making recommendations where appropriate. Recommends ideas to improve training efficiency and effectiveness within the scope of the training strategy and model.
- Assists in the demonstration of service excellence to all customers. Ensures a positive first impression and professional appearance.
- Conducts cost analysis on programs to determine ROI and program feasibility, identifies and manages potential risks
- Ensures that timing, resources and sequencing of work efforts are aligned to produce the desired result cost effectively
- Documents and analyzes lessons learned for sharing
- Establishes, cultivates and maintains ongoing relationships within CSG and ensures a clear understanding of operational objectives relative to projects.
- Supports training leadership team in all assigned areas
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, analytics tools and project management tracking
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Practices and adheres to the Code of Conduct philosophy and Mission and Value Statement.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in relevant work experience in analysis and project management
- Experience supporting training or learning teams in large, matrixed organizations
- Project coordination skills
- Knowledge of how to gather, analyze, and present data to support decision-making
- Proactive communication skills with ability to build strong partnerships across functions and with the training team members
