Experienced Window Installer Full-Time (MF, No Weekends)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable window installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all phases of replacement window installation and removal, including:
Safe removal of existing windows (wood, vinyl, or metal)
Professional installation of replacement windows
Exterior capping and interior/exterior caulking
Installation of RWD
Experience with circle tops or custom-shaped windows
Comfort working on ladders at various heights

Youll be working alongside a team of contractors and company owners in a collaborative, respectful environment. The role is Monday through Friday (weather permitting). You should expect between 30 to 40 hours per week.

Hiring Process
The process includes a 2-week paid trial period.
During this time, you will work with minimal supervision to demonstrate your skills and reliability
