Heavy Equipment Operators

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators for site clearing, developing and paving projects in Charlotte, SC. (Dozers, Excavators, Dump trucks and Skid steers)

PAY: $23-28/hour
HOURS: 7:00am -3:30pm
START DATE: 06/16/2025
DURATION: temp-to-perm

Job Description:

Must have experience operating Dozers, Excavators, Dump trucks and Skid steers
Trench digging
Grading
Finish work
Labor as needed
Operating for grading, excavating, and site preparation.
Reading and interpreting blueprints and grade stakes.
Performing routine maintenance on equipment.
Adhering to safety regulations and procedures.
Fine grading and rough grading.
Working with GPS guided equipment.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating Dozers, Excavators, Dump trucks and Skid steers.
Knowledge of safety procedures.
Valid driver's license.
Experience with GPS systems (Preferred)
OSHA10 (Preferred)

Additional requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
PPE Gear (gloves, vest, steel toe boots, and safety glasses)
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
