Hiring Handyman w/ Construction Experience

Small, growing property management company hiring for our next handymen and construction teams.
We are gearing up for the busy summer season.

What we are looking for
-Must have car
-must have own tools
-clean and well-kept appearance
-must be able to build their own online home depot shopping cart so we can pay for materials electronically
-Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy- this is very important
-able to communicate with tenants and with management - good communication skills
-able to manage keys and lockboxes
-ability to work alone, good attitude and hungry for work
-attention to detail
-knowledge of drywall work, painting, some flooring, light plumbing and electrical (can change light fixtures and fix small leaks), window repair, fence repair, change locks, outdoor maintenance like snow removal and landscaping, unit cleanings
-light appliance repair
-willing to travel (most of our properties) Northside, westside and southside of the City of Chicago.
-willing to train the right person who has knowledge in SOME of these areas

What we offer
-Part-time or Full-time work for the right person.
-Electronic payouts (zelle preferred) 24-72 hours after each job completion - this is important. Do not reach out if you expect to get paid immediately after a job is done. We have over 75 doors and it takes us time to process each work order.

-knowledge and experience of property management, construction and working with successful property investors
