As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind multiple high-profile construction projects. You’ll ensure every build meets AutoZone’s gold standard—on time, on budget, and on point.

Your mission includes:

• Owning the Build: Oversee multiple construction sites, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence through regular inspections and hands-on leadership.
• Leading with Impact: Inspire and guide contractors and internal teams with clear communication, strategic thinking, and a passion for excellence.
• Solving Complex Challenges: Analyze risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make critical decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Driving Financial Success: Monitor budgets, track key metrics, and ensure financial accountability across all projects.
• Mentoring Future Leaders: Coach contractors and mentor junior project managers, sharing your expertise and raising the bar for performance.
• Ensuring Excellence: Conduct detailed site inspections and enforce compliance with AutoZone’s construction standards and OSHA 30 safety regulations.

• Experience: 8–15 years in construction project management with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Leadership: Strong team management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and step in for the Regional Construction Manager when needed.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex documents, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 3 days per week and manage internal process improvement initiatives.
• Compliance & Decision-Making: Skilled in navigating change orders, design reviews, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
