Construction Administrator
Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Administrator / Assistant Project Manager to join our team for the summer. This role is ideal for current college students looking to gain hands-on experience in the field while contributing to essential administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be proficient in Excel and PDF tools.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Superintendent and on-site personnel, attending daily meetings to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Maintain and organize daily reports, documentation, and project logs.
  • Capture and archive site photos for progress tracking and recordkeeping.
  • Support administrative tasks related to project execution and coordination.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PDF tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in document control and construction-related tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Open to candidates who are currently in college and on summer break.
  • SWAC certification is highly preferred. Assistance can be provided to obtain this certification.
Work Environment

The position involves working closely with the on-site team and attending daily meetings. The role requires maintaining documentation and capturing site photos. The work environment is dynamic and requires adaptability to support the smooth execution and coordination of projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
