As a Superintendent with Lindi Construction Group Inc, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, from basic interior remodeling to large-scale construction and renovations. We pride ourselves on providing quality work and speedy delivery, and we are looking for a motivated individual to help us continue that tradition.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks
• Communicate with clients and project stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles
• Ability to perform installations, plumbing, and preventive maintenance
• Experience with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Knowledge of general repair and estimating processes

Nice to Have Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Electrical and engineering background
• OSHA certification
• Experience with distribution and background checks
• Military background

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $68,060.00

Maximum Salary: $100,000.00

Benefits: Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, Long-Term Disability, Reimbursement
