Welder & Fabricator Job Description We are seeking skilled fabricators to assist with the fabrication of parts for equipment. Candidates will use hand air tools and work from blueprints and instructions to ensure precise and accurate fabrication. Responsibilities Assist in the fabrication of parts for equipment. Use hand air tools effectively. Work from blueprints and instructions to ensure accurate fabrication. Essential Skills Proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG welding, flux core, and TIG welding. Experience in using power tools for fabrication and grinding. At least 1 year of experience in fabricating or welding. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with various fabrication techniques is advantageous. Work Environment Work in a dynamic machine shop environment alongside a team of approximately 12 production field members. The facility includes departments such as welding, paint, assembly, and shipping. The shop operates in a heated environment without air conditioning. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
