As a Project Manager with us, you will have the chance to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, from basic interior remodeling to large-scale construction and renovations. Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Review and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks

Required Skills:

• Strong background in construction management
• Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and preventive maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with AutoCAD and electrical systems
• Background in engineering or military construction
• Estimating and general repair skills

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, we provide vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off. Employees are also eligible for long-term disability coverage and reimbursement for relevant certifications.
