General Laborer Paving

BEAR CREEK ASPHALT PAVING COMPANY is hiring General Laborers, Pavers. Experience is desired but not required, employer will train. Young company, get in on ground floor. Employer will transport to job sites from a connection point, (Belfair).

JOB DUTIES:

Perform heavy work to include shoveling hot asphalt, dirt and rock, working with heavy tools, concrete cutters and compactors plus other equipment. Employer will train on the use of each and all equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

** Physically able to perform heavy duties

** Must have expendable work attire, clothing that can be used with the possibility of ruin due to tar stains etc.

** Must have work boots

** Experience is desired but not required, (employer will train)

** Dependable, able to work without supervision, team player

** Great work ethic, able to help when needed

** Provide own transportation to get to collection point, (Belfair), from there, employer will provide transportation to job site.
