General Laborer / Labor General Concreto

Concrete paving construction company looking for a general laborer and yard man. Must have a good work ethic, be willing to learn and work well on a team. Colt is great place to come make a good living. Were building a great company and want great people.

Job Duties:
No experience required
Helping concrete crews place concrete
Picking up materials and equipment and delivering to job site
Maintaining yard
Cleaning vehicles and equipment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Understand and implement verbal and written instructions.
Work efficiently in a team environment.
Perform physical labor including bend, kneel, stand, squat, stoop, walk, climb, lift, push, pull, reach with hands at, below and above shoulder level.
Work in physically demanding environments including the heat of summer and cold of winters.

MUST HAVE Requirements:
Valid Texas driver's license or ID
Social security card.

Trabajo Incluye:
- Experiencia no es requerida.
- Ayudar equipos de concreto.
- Levantando material y maquinaria y entregar al sitio de trabajo.
- Mantener yarda
- Limpiar vehiculos y maquinaria

Abilidades:
- Poder entender y implementar instrucciones verbales y escritas.
- Poder trabajar eficientemente en un equipo.
- Poder hacer labor fisico incluyendo agacharse, arrodiarllarse, pararse, caminar, trepar, empujar, jalar, y alcanzar con las manos.
- Poder trabajar en ambientes fisicamente exigentes como el calor del verano y el frio del invierno
