CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR / SUPERINTENDENT - Structural Concrete

We currently have headquarters in LA where training will be held for 4-5 months, and a second office in OC.

You will be asked about your direct experience in the following areas:
Residential Foundation Repair, Carpentry, Grade Beams, Caissons, Seismic Retrofitting, Underpinning, Raised Foundations, Slab Foundations, Retaining Walls, Concrete, Rebar.

Duties will include:
- Running in-house crews, giving direction to Foremen on structural repairs
- Visiting job sites in Los Angeles County every day
- Crawling under houses
- Maintaining schedules and budgets
- Coordinating subcontractors, material orders, and inspections applying safety best practices
- Quality control management
- Communicating with customers, inspectors, and vendors
- Attending weekly meetings in the office
