Were looking for reliable, hands-on workers to assist with light preservation and maintenance tasks on vacant propertiesand who have strong work ethics and a willingness to learn!

State: FLORIDA
Markets - Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville

Ideal Candidates:
Experience in basic repairs, cleaning, painting, or light carpentry (or eager to learn!)
Ability to perform tasks like:
Boarding up windows/doors
Debris removal & light cleanup
Minor drywall/patch repairs
Painting (interior/exterior)
Fence/gate repairs
Rental Cleaning
Preservation Works
Grass cutting & light landscaping
Own basic tools (hammer, drill, gloves, etc.)some materials provided
Reliable transportation (some jobs may require travel between sites)
Licensed/bonded? Great! (But not required for most tasks)
