Position Overview: We specialize in commercial and strata landscape maintenance. These properties often require extra services over and above that the maintenance crews arent specialized in, or dont have the time to complete. We call them special projects or extra services. Many people love this role because it offers constant diversity and cross trains them in many areas of our landscape industry! The crew typically is outfitted with a small one tonne dumper, along with a dump trailer, skidsteer and mini excavator when needed. Most of the jobs are small and last a few days to a week.
Here's what we do;
Demolition - Excavation and removal of soil and plants
Softscape - Loading soil, planting trees, shrubs, sod, and mulching
Minor Hardscape - Installing small wood timber walls up to 2' tall.
Site Upgrades - Planting flowers, lawn renovations, pruning, brush clearing
Lead a crew while providing hands-on guidance and support in daily operations.
Promote a safe work environment
Ensure all work is performed efficiently and meets quality standards
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all work aligns with client expectations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in minor landscape construction jobs or 3 years in Landscape Maintenance.
Strong understanding of landscape techniques, materials, and safety standards.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
Valid drivers license and ability to pull a trailer
