full time Start Now for multi year projects
We specialize in high-end construction. Our Builds typically are award winning architectural projects and are consistently published in magazines such as Dwell, Canadian Architect, Azure and Western Living. Check out projects on website and Instagram.

compensation: $25-$44. per hour depending on experience
Your aspirations and personal attributes ideally include:
- strong desire to work on interesting architectural projects
- Are physically fit & Capable. Problem solving skills
- like working with other people who are optimistic in their outlook
- have a strong work ethic with a desire to grow in your position and with this company
- show up everyday ready to contribute to the project
- looking to progress in the construction industry through work and education.
- If you are Registered with Skilled Trades BC or want to work towards apprenticeship certification we are a STBC Sponsor and
can help you progress in your trade.
Your skill set is as follows:
- Show up on time ready to contribute
- Are eligible to work in Canada / Canadian Citizen or hold valid Work Permit / Visa
- work well with other people/ good communication / good listening / strategic thinker
- strong affinity and aptitude for physical work and collaboration
- ideally experience with a variety of Power & Hand tools. Can follow directions and complete tasks.
- Can read & understand construction drawings and materials required for House Construction
- have worked on construction projects have General Carpentry Skills or have completed Apprentice Training Level 1
- ideally have a history of working and have references to back up your work experience
- know how to drive and have a reliable vehicle.
-Have First Aid Certification ( OFA 1) or willingness to obtain.
