Join Our Team as a Skilled Journeyman Carpenter!

Are you a seasoned professional in construction and remodeling? We're a reputable general contracting company on the lookout for Journeyman Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements

Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed

Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other material (e.g., fiberglass) according to measurements

Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items

Lay out floorings, roofings, or drywalls ensuring they are leveled and compatible

Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance

Drywall & Texture: Create smooth, flawless walls that set the foundation for exceptional spaces.

Cabinet Installation (Hinges & Pulls): Your meticulous attention to detail ensures cabinets are not just functional, but visually impressive.

Appliance Installation: From ovens to fridges, your expertise ensures appliances are seamlessly integrated into the design.

Baseboard, Door & Trim: Your precision transforms interiors, giving them a polished and elegant appearance.

Bathroom Finishes (Mirrors included): Your finishing touches bring bathrooms to life, creating inviting and functional sanctuaries.

Tile: backsplash, fireplace and small entry way.

Exterior Repairs: Siding, Balconies, Deck Coating, Windows and Dry Rot repairs to ensure safety and beauty is seamless across our client's properties.

Keen Eye for Punch and Detail: Your commitment to perfection ensures that every project is executed flawlessly, leaving no detail unchecked.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Journeyman Carpenter

Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials

Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction

Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.)

Ability to read technical documents and drawings

Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
